Second, it is essential to ensure that everyone in the decision-makers group feels their input is valued. This may be achieved by ensuring that every group member feels included in the entire process of sharing the various viewpoints that might be considered during the group work. Finally, one must ensure that the choices are as impartial as possible and that everyone gets a fair decision.
