(2021), outstanding leadership starts with a compelling vision that provides direction and clarity. This vision guides individuals toward communal goals. Team leaders must communicate this vision clearly and consistently to foster open communication and alignment. Honesty and open communication build confidence and teamwork to achieve organizational goals. Making decisions is another leadership skill. Leaders must weigh numerous perspectives and balance analysis and intuition to move quickly and wisely in unpredictable situations. Empowerment—delegating, supplying, and supporting—is also crucial. Enhancing team members' talents, empowering them, and fostering autonomy promotes creativity and teamwork.

When evaluating qualities, attitudes, and traits in a leader, several key factors come to mind that collectively define effective leadership and inspire confidence among team members. Vision stands out as a crucial leadership quality. Influential leaders may motivate and unite their teams by developing a plan for success.
